I am a Designer & Illustrator Living in Orlando, Fl. I can often be found haunting my favorite corner of Disney Springs making quick work of a cup of poutine and sketching the brightly dressed people passing by.

I attribute my passion for color to my upbringing in the overflowing Miami art scene in the 90's/2000's and my love of comic books as a storytelling medium.

I have my sights set on making art all over Florida. For more on my background, inspirations, and current obsessions you can check out the "Influenced By" page.

Pop Culture Obsession: Japanese Gachapon Machines

Gachapon Machines are dollar capsule toy machines that can be found
all over Japan. They usually feature collections of toys that range from popular television programs to miniaturized hyper realistic versions of food.  There seems to be no end to the creativity of toy collections you can find in Gachapon. Mystery coin capsules and every unique collection is brilliantly packaged and merchandised.

Who I Am: My New Yo'cuba'rican Heritage

I was born in 1990 to two New York Parents, 1 Cuban and 1 Puerto Rican, in the heart of the city that never sleeps. When I was young my family made the move down to South Florida to raise me in the melting pot of  Latino culture and art that is Miami. Art and cooking were the perfect way to connect to the roots of my personal heritage. I like to let it bloom in my work wherever it can.

Artist Influence: Wayne Thiebaud

While in school studying photography and design I was introduced to an iconic american artist by the name of Wayne Thiebaud. He is well known for his pop art Style paintings of cakes and pies in cases, but I fell in love with his skewed perspective landscapes. He uses  rich jewel tone colors to illustrate the natural beauty of the earth.

Geek Life: Comics & Tabletop Gaming

My father is an enormous fan of Science fiction and instilled a love of  reading in me as a young child. That love eventually extended into the arenas of comic books and table top games where stories were not limited by the mundane. I found inspiration in the bold lines. The pools of rich color and crisp lettering stuck with me all the way through school in Ft. Lauderdale. I personally have published one web comic and have a few print comics in the works.
